1 cup flour
2 teasp cream of tartar
1/3 cup salt
1 cup water
1 tbsp vegetable oil
food coloring
1. First mix dry ingredients together (in a pot), then add wet ingredients and mix. (mix well and make sure colour is even before step2)
2. Warm up on the stove, "cook" until mixture thickens and is of desired thickness.
Store in an airtight container in the fridge. Will keep some time out the fridge too, depending on climate. The salt helps this.
